WAVYWHISKER's commissions

By commissioning me, you, the buyer, agree to the following terms (last updated january 8, 2026):ㅤ1. GENERALㅤ✤ I reserve the right to decline or suspend a commission at any time.✤ You as a client must take full responsibility to respond to revisions and inquire (may you need special arrangements related to your commission) in a timely and clear manner. I'll be glad to be of help!✤ These terms are subject to change at any time, but agreements with customers before the update will remain intact.

ㅤ2. PAYMENT & ADDITIONAL FEESㅤ✤ Payment is made 100% upfront.✤ Payment for international customers via Paypal or Ko-fi in USD. Chilean clients can also use CuentaRUT.✤ Additional fees for complexity, extra characters and backgrounds are included in the total commission price.✤ Fee for commercial use: double to triple the total price, depending on service and scale. Please send me an email at [email protected] to agree on the full price before I send the invoice or before you send the Ko-fi request.ㅤ3. REVISIONS & CORRECTIONSㅤ✤ You will be able to revise the work 2 times: on sketch stage and color stage (if applicable). You can't make major corrections outside of these phases.✤ You can request to see the status of the work two times each week, however I may contact you first if I need your opinion on something.✤ All commissions include revisions except for the Skeb-type ones. If the commission is of the Skeb-type, there will be no revisions or updates. Please take this into consideration before ordering a Skeb-type commision.ㅤ4. WORK PROCESSㅤ✤ Fill in and send the Commission Form or Ko-fi request.✤ I will contact you back in 1 - 2 days, revise the final price and send the Paypal invoice. Don't forget to check the spam folder in case my answer does not reach you. Only after payment you will gain a slot in my commission list. Since Ko-fi payouts are upfront and direct, if you used Ko-fi this step is omitted.✤ Your commission will be finalized in 1 month at maximum. If I find myself in a setback I will let you know via contact method provided as soon as possible.✤ The finished artwork will be sent to the email provided. There is no physical product.ㅤ5. WHAT YOU GETㅤ✤ Progress of the work (if applicable).✤ Your digital commission completed in full resolution. Canvas specifications: A4 (3508 x 2480 px) 300 DPI in PNG format. I can change the dimensions on my own if I feel like the character/s will be better portrayed or you can ask for another dimensions, your word being the last.ㅤ6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICIESㅤ✤ I, WavyWhiskers, retain copyright, use, display, promotion and distribution rights to any commissioned work (ex. portfolios and publishing the work on my social media to promote myself).✤ All the characters represented in the work remain the property of their rightful owners.✤ You, as a client:ㅤ⋄ Will be able to use and edit the commissioned piece for personal uses only.
ㅤ⋄ May profit from the artwork only if the fee for commercial use has been applied.
ㅤ⋄ May not claim ownership of the artwork itself.
ㅤ⋄ May not claim ownership, profit or use in any form the WIPs sketches shown through the commission process.
ㅤ⋄ May not feed the finished artwork or WIPs provided into generative AIs.ㅤ7. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONSㅤ✤ If for some reason I can't start the commission, you will be refunded 100% of the money.✤ If for reasons of force majeure I cannot finish your commission and I'm already partway through, we have two options: 1) agree on a refund price (for reference, the sketch is worth 50%) or 2) hold the commission until I can finish it, with a maximum waiting period of 2 months. If after 2 months I still cannot finish your commission, we will agree on a refund price.✤ A refund is possible only if I haven't started the coloring process. You will be refunded 50% of the total in this case.✤ If you request a Paypal chargeback you will lose all rights above mentioned to the commission. Along with that, you will be blacklisted and won't be able to ask me for a commission again.
